The 2025 shortlist event was held at Reading Blue Coat School. Students from lots of local schools came together to discuss the results and listen to the fantastic author David Barker, author of the London Falling series.

The 2024 shortlist event was held at Reading Blue Coat School.  Everyone was excited to hear the results of the voting and we also had the opportunity to have an inspiring creative writing talk from Alex Baker (Igniting Writing.)

The launch of the Berkshire Book Award 2019 was held at LVS Ascot. Students from nine schools from across Berkshire attended the event, which featured an amusing and inspiring talk from author Emily Thomas.
